Oyebanji Returns from Annual Leave Monday, Set for Second-Term Agenda
ADO-EKITI — Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, will resume official duties on Monday, September 7, following the completion of his two-week annual leave.
The leave was taken in line with the Governor’s statutory annual leave entitlement.
Despite being on leave, Oyebanji continued to monitor developments in the state and attended to key matters relating to governance and administration.
The Governor is expected to return to office with renewed energy as preparations intensify for the commencement of his second-term administration.
His resumption is also expected to further strengthen ongoing efforts by his administration to consolidate its programmes and policies for the development of the state.
A statement issued yesterday by his Special Adviser on Media, Mr Olayinka Oyebode, confirmed the Governor’s resumption.
Oyebode said the Governor remained committed to the effective administration of the state throughout the period of his leave.
