Ooni of Ife Congratulates Governor Oyebanji on Re-election, Prays for Successful Second Term

The Governor of Ekiti State, Biodun Oyebanji, on Tuesday received His Imperial Majesty, Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife, at the Government House, Ado-Ekiti, on a congratulatory visit following the Governor’s resounding victory in the recently concluded Ekiti State Governorship election.

The royal visit underscored the cordial relationship between the revered monarch and the Ekiti State Government, as well as the importance of collaboration between government and the traditional institution in fostering peace, unity, and sustainable development.

During the visit, the Ooni of Ife offered heartfelt prayers for Governor Oyebanji, asking God to grant him divine wisdom, sound health, strength, and guidance as he prepares to commence his second term in office.
