Raodotul Ha’fezeen Islamic Foundation, under the leadership of Ustaz Abd Afeez Sa’adallah (Amiru Jaish Qodriyyah, Ifako-Ijaiye), successfully hosted a two-in-one programme featuring a Ramadan lecture and Lailatul Qadr observance, alongside the distribution of food packages to the elderly and less privileged.

The event, held on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Osho Street, off Jonathan Coker Road, Fagba, Abule Egba, Lagos, attracted a large gathering of Muslim faithful, community members, and well-wishers.
The programme was designed to deepen spiritual reflection during the holy month of Ramadan while also extending support to vulnerable members of society in line with Islamic teachings on charity and compassion.
Delivering the guest lecture, Sheikh Ridwanullah Adunmo (Sirru Baba Lamunigun) emphasised the significance of Lailatul Qadr, urging Muslims to intensify acts of worship, prayers, and devotion, especially in the closing days of Ramadan. He highlighted the importance of sincerity, humility, and total submission to Allah as key elements in attaining the blessings of the holy night.
Also speaking at the event, As-Sheikh Quamardeen Ibrahim Abu Najat (Sugar) charged attendees to uphold the values of righteousness, generosity, and peaceful coexistence beyond Ramadan. He encouraged Muslims to remain steadfast in their faith and continue acts of kindness within their communities.
As part of the outreach, the foundation distributed food packages to elderly residents and less privileged individuals, bringing relief and joy to beneficiaries amid prevailing economic challenges.
Speaking on behalf of the foundation, Ustaz Abd Afeez Sa’adallah reiterated the organisation’s commitment to community development, spiritual growth, and humanitarian support. He noted that the initiative reflects the core values of Islam, particularly the importance of caring for the needy and fostering unity among people.
He expressed appreciation to guest speakers, volunteers, and donors who contributed to the success of the programme, while calling for continued support to sustain similar initiatives in the future.
The event concluded with prayers for peace, unity, and prosperity in Nigeria and across the Muslim ummah.
